Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. To cancel, whatsapp “cancel (your order id)” and continue to chat on +91 7400066683

Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please check your bank statement to confirm the refund status.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, if you refuse delivery, we will initiate a refund for pre-paid orders upon receipt of the returned package.


Returns & Replacements

At Silky Pure, we are committed to a transparent and hassle-free return policy for all products purchased through our website or app. Each product is crafted with care to ensure quality and satisfaction.

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, leaking, or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority!

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Email images and your order details to support@silkypure.in within 3 days of delivery.
  • Alternatively, message “Hi” on WhatsApp to +91-7400066683, followed by pasting one of the issue “Missed/Damage/Wrong Product/Product Issues.” and continue chat

Our Customer Support will respond to your query within 24 hours.

Exclusions: We cannot assist with returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • If the product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • If the product has been used or altered.
  • If the product is returned without original packaging, including price tags and labels.
  • Products purchased during special sales (e.g., ₹99/199 sale) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the event of a cancellation. Upon acceptance of a cancellation request, funds will be returned within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. Please check your bank statement for details.

  2. A coupon code valued at the product price, usable exclusively on the Silky Pure website (valid for 60 days).
